Symantec brings in latest security consumer router with the help of CeBIT

Symantec, the US cyber security company is going to utilize the CeBIT 2018 for launching its Norton Setup Core Router having the advanced network security tools along with the parental control features, in Australia. But this launched Norton Core Router will cost approx hundreds of dollars for the time period of five-years.

Symantec, the company offering the security solutions claims that this device will offer the protection to smart devices from being hijacked by a botnet or virus. Once the users purchase this Norton Core Router device based on CeBIT 2018, will get an unlimited subscription of the Norton Setup and thus, extending its protection down to the smart devices, individually.

This CeBIT 2018 based Norton Core Router has been shaped like a sphere that is surmounted to sell for between $499 and $599. The most curious question that arises is whether the device is a router or overpriced security that might draw people within the annual security subscription.
